"The times are urgent; let us slow down.
Healing is not about returning to how things were,
but about finding new ways of being together."Báyò Akómoláfé
Integrative Therapy is a recognized psychotherapy method in Austria and belongs to the so-called humanistic cluster. More about psychotherapy in Austria can be found here.
Integrative therapy views therapy as a collaborative process between you, as the expert on your own life, and me, as an expert in psychotherapy. Therefore, I focus on your therapy goals and shape the therapeutic process in ongoing dialogue with you. Together, we explore your current life situation and its origins, and discover possibilities for change. My compassionate, supportive approach and the therapeutic framework enable you to experience a new quality of emotional support and try out new behaviors.

Integrative therapy aims to consider the person holistically. Therefore, in addition to thoughts and feelings, individually tailored to you and by mutual agreement, therapy can also address topics such as
- your body,
- your social environment,
- your material living conditions,
- societal conditions and global developments,
- your values and your questions about meaning,
- your dreams and your spiritual experiences.
There is the possibility to work with elements such as
- painting,
- writing,
- role plays,
- constellations of objects,
- experience of nature,
- imaginations,
- practical exercises,
- and movement, posture and body awareness.
